Deputy Childrens Home Manager

Location: Stoke-On-Trent and Newcastle under Lyme

Salary:  34,594 - 36,674

Hours:  40 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday including approx 10 sleep-ins per month

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Inspire Care is a small family-owned residential care company which has been established for over 13 years. The company values are based on family and children. We have 4 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.

Our Deputy Managers are integral to the smooth running of our homes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your Manager providing cover in their absence. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your colleagues.  In return, we will guide and develop you to reach your full potential in this rewarding industry. As always our children are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Hold a current UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • ETHICS (Empathy, Trust, Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Safeguarding)

Desirable

Knowledge of therapeutic practice

Senior Children's Residential Care Worker

Location: Stoke-On-Trent and Newcastle under Lyme

Salary: 29,186 - 30,434 including Sleep ins.

Hours:  173 per calendar month equivalent to 40 hours per week
