One of our specific aims is to ensure that we replicate the closest thing to a family home as possible and remove as much institutionalised practice from our day-to-day work. We want children to have a safe, warm and nurturing place to live which offers them a unique experience where issues and concerns which have affected them can be addressed positively with love and nurture and children are supported to achieve and develop.
